FIG. 7 — How it works
The work is done, checked, then approved by you.
You see the result and the approval queue. That is the whole system, from your side of the desk.
Hand it over→Done→Checked→Approved→On record
- You hand it over. Tell us the job on a call: what comes in, what goes out, who signs. No brief to write and no software to learn.
- We do the work. The work runs inside your own accounts, on your real documents, with access limited to that job.
- We check it. A person on our review team checks every item before it reaches you. Anything unclear is marked “needs review”.
- You approve. You see each finished item in one queue and approve it, or send it back with a note. Nothing goes out until you do.
- It's on record. Who prepared it, who checked it, who approved it, and when. The record is yours to keep and export.

Corrections stick
When you send something back, the fix is fed into the workflow so the same mistake does not come back next cycle.
A monthly report
How many items went through, how many needed review, how many you sent back, and the hours it saved.
Kept running
Monitoring, fixes and upgrades are part of the monthly plan. You don't maintain anything.
